From Long Island Expressway (Route 495) - Take Exit 56 South (Route 111)
From Southern State Parkway - Take Exit 43 South (Route 111)
From Sunrise Highway (Route 27) - Take Exit 45 South (Route 111)

Go South on Route 111 to the very end. This is a “T” intersection with Montauk Highway / Route 27A. Make a right turn. At the first traffic light, make a left turn onto South Bay Avenue. We are the second building on the left, on the corner of South Bay Avenue and Lazare Lane. It is a one story yellow building that faces Lazare Lane. The parking lot is in the front of the building and our sign faces South Bay Avenue.

Take the LONG ISLAND EXPRESSAY (495) East toward  Riverhead
Take the RT-24 Exit – Exit 71 South toward Hampton Bays / Calverton
Turn Right onto EDWARDS AVE / CR-94  E / NY-24 E.  Continue to follow
CR-94 E / NY-24 E
Enter Roundabout and Exit onto PECONIC AVENUE / CR-63
Turn RIGHT onto W MAIN S / NY-25
Turn LEFT onto ROANOKE AV / CR-73
Turn LEFT onto W 2ND ST
From the South Shore of Western Suffolk:
SUNRISE HIGHWAY EAST to Exit 61 (toward Riverhead)
onto County RD 51N toward Riverhead (you will see Suffolk
Community College on Right) Go One Mile Further and turn
RIGHT onto CR-63N / LAKE AVE / E MORICHES RIVERHEAD
ROAD
Enter next Roundabout and take 3rd exit onto PECONIC AVE / CR-63
Turn RIGHT onto W MAIN ST / NY-25
Turn LEFT onto ROANOKE AVE / CR-73
Turn LEFT onto W 2ND ST.

From the South Fork of Long Island:
Take MONTAUK HIGHWAY WEST (becomes Sunrise Highway) (Route 27)
to Exit 64N onto Route 104 N. Follow to Roundabout in Riverhead
Enter Next Roundabout and take 2nd Exit onto PECONIC AVE / CR-63
Turn RIGHT onto W MAIN ST / NY-25
Turn LEFT onto ROANOKE AVE  / CR-73
